Quick Chili

Chili with toppings and chips and dip

OK, OK, I can already hear the comments.  🙂 I agree…Chili is meant to cook low and slow for hours.  Also, depending on where you are from, some believe chili should be bean free.  🙂 This isn’t the low and slow version, this is dinner on the table in 20 minutes.   When I’m in the mood for quick and comforting food, this is my go to.  It is super easy, super tasty, and is VERY affordable!

Notes

I recognize that chili is a dish that should cook low and slow for hours.  However, sometimes I want chili and don't have time for low and slow.  This is a quick chili that has great flavor because the beans are pre-seasoned.  Dinner is on the table in under 30 minutes!  I love to top it with cheese, sour cream and a little green onion.
